Pray

1 Thessalonians 5:17 (KJV): "pray without ceasing." -Pray (Wikipedia): "an act of supplication or intercession directed towards a deity or a deified ancestor" In reading about the garments of the Levitical priests, I noticed a couple of things out of the many things there are to learn. Aaron was instructed to wear the names of the twelve tribes of Israel on his shoulders and across his chest over his heart (Exodus 28:12, 29-30, NASB) . He was the high priest at that time, but the fact is that the intercession for the apple of God's eye did not stop there. As priests of God's Word, of his promises, and of this land, we have the responsibility to protect, defend, and take back what is ours as believers of Christ. However, can we really be called priest without a prayer life? I feel like I literally say the same thing almost every time, but maybe it just needs to be said.
