Loving Jesus

John 21:15-17

“So when they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, ‘Simon, son of John, do you love Me more than these?’ He said to Him, ‘Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.’ He said to him, ‘Tend to My lambs.’ He said to him again a second time, ‘Simon, son of John, do you love Me?’ He said to Him, 'Yes Lord; You know that I love You.' He said to him, ‘Shepherd My sheep.’ He said to him the third time, ‘Simon, son of John, do you love Me?’ Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, ‘Do you love Me?’ and he said to Him, ‘Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.’ Jesus said to him, ‘Tend My sheep.’”


If you love Jesus

You love My people


If you love Jesus 

You love His works


If you love Jesus 

You desire to see change


If you love Jesus

You desire to see lives changed


If you love Jesus

You will tend to His sheep


If you love Jesus

You will desire revival


If you love Jesus

You will desire His heart, His presence


If you love Jesus

Other’s pain will be your pain


If you love Jesus

You will give to the widow and the orphan; you will give to the poor


If you love Jesus

You will see Him in them


If you love Jesus 

Nothing else will matter except His works


If you love Jesus

What you see will sadden you and then stir a fire within you


If you love Jesus

You will desire to protect His sheep

In prayer, fasting, reading, and constantly seeking

Until you find an answer


If you love Jesus

You will talk to Him


If you love Jesus

He will be your first stop of everyday


If you love Jesus 

His cross, the blood would mean more to you


If you love Jesus

You will know who’s vine you’re grafted in


If you love Jesus

You will know who’s family you have been accepted and adopted into


If you love Jesus

He’s your main and only focus


If you love Jesus

Sacrifice for Him is no question


If you love Jesus…


If you love Jesus

It’s easy to be serving and not selfish


If you love Jesus 

There’s no question of whom you will serve but where and how


If you love Jesus 

He will be your guide


Let Him be your guide


***Let’s Pray!!! Father, we thank you for the love you have so graciously bestowed upon us. Even those who reject you and your love, Father, we pray your mercy towards them. Guide them into all truth. Guide them to Jesus. Father, let us all take on the characteristics and mannerisms of our big brother Jesus Christ. Let us be selfless and humble. Let us die to ourselves and our flesh daily. Let us renew our minds day in and day out. Let us not over-complicate what you meant to be simple. Father, return us back to our first love. Return us back to the simple, secret place that encompasses so much of your glory and your presence that cannot be denied. Father, let our focus be Jesus. Let our focus be to serve you by serving your people. Let our nation see souls set on fire again for the return of Jesus Christ; for salvation. Let every knee hit the floor setting the earth on fire. Earth, you do not have to moan any longer. For the manifestation of sons is here! Earth, the innocent blood that was shed on you will be vindicated. Cough up everything that was stolen from the children of God and yield forth your increase towards us. The time is now, and time has been, for the children of God to occupy. In Jesus’ Name we pray—Amen.***

Can I Just Love On You?

  Can I just love on you? Can I just tell you how awesome it is to serve you? Can I just say it is so fulfilling to serve your people through you? Lord, you are amazing. Jesus you are so fulfilling. You make me smile. I cry when I don’t know why I am crying. When I think of everything you have done for me Jesus and for the world, I sit in amazement. How could I sit and not worship and give you the constant, consistent praise? You are so deserving. You are so consistent. Jesus, you have taught me to be consistent and disciplined. Do I get it right everytime? Of course not, but man do you stay there with me the entire time. What a gracious Saviour I serve! Can I just love on you for a moment? For eternity? I am starting to see and experience why the angels cry holy, holy, holy every time they see a different face/side of you. What an awesome God you are! I love you and I honor you.   “Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.”- Job 13:15 (KJV) As I was praying, my sisters and brothers in Christ came into my spirit to pray for. Ones who are being beheaded for their faith. Ones who are being shot and killed for professing the name of Jesus Christ. Ones who are in underground churches, because believing in Jesus Christ and outward worship is against the law. Unbeknownst to me, my spirit started to cry out for them. For the blood that was shed. For the tears that were made from them and on their behalf. I then physically started to cry and it just kept flowing. Tears of intercession I did not know existed were flowing like a stream.
