Burden

 

2 Chronicles 7:13-15

“‘If I shut up the heavens so that there is no rain, or if I command the locust to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among My people, and My people who are called by name humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, will forgive their sin and will heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to the prayer offered in this place.’”

There is a burden that keeps coming onto my heart 

I try to numb it and ignore it but I cannot

This burden is to pray 

This burden is to intercede for America and the church of America and the church of different nations

This burden is deepening to see a change

To speak on matters concerning the Lord’s heart even more unashamed

Jesus is the answer

Jesus and His death, resurrection, and ascension are the answer

He is the answer to everything

Jesus the answer to racism and civil wars

Jesus the answer to tearing down principalities as communities

Let the church return back to prayer

Don’t you see where the church is going

Can’t you see the tom-foolery starts with the church

What have we allowed as the church

What foolishness have we started

Repent and turn back from your wicked ways

The church should be a safe place and haven for the youth

Why are more youth dying than the adults

And how are we just watching without truly going to-bat for them in intercession

What is wrong with us

Where have we gone and what will it take

Where is the burden

Where is the heart of God

Where is the love of God

Where is the true love

Church where have you gone

Why have you left your post

My heart aches for you but you have left yourself open as prostitutes

You have allowed the snake to enter your church and your house and infiltrate as pests

Pests that stay and you entertain

Pests that you enjoy and built altars to

Where is the fear of the Lord

Where is the shaking and trembling before Me

Where has the reverence and respect gone

What have you done

Where have you gone and where can My Presence dwell

I must move how I must now because you have not done your job

I am bringing the church back to its’ first love

I am bringing the church back to Me

Jesus is where they belong and Jesus is where they will return 

***Father, we thank you for your word. Lord, we thank you for your burdens. We thank you for pouring out on us intercession for our brothers, sisters, family, enemies, and more. Lord, we thank you that you are placing your burdens and your heart on us. Father, give us your heart. We thank you that you are reigniting the fire within our hearts and in our bellies to pray and to preach your Word. Thank you Lord that the spirit of true prayer and truth is returning to your nations; returning to your church. Thank you Lord that the wheat and tare are growing together, and that more and more of us are now seeing the divide and the truth. Father, I thank you that you are revealing the remnant day by day and year by year. Father, I thank you that you are the only one. Our only one. Remove the spirit of delusion that has captivated the minds of America and especially the church. This spirit of delusion that calls good bad and bad good. Father, you are the truth! Jesus, you are the truth! We love you and will continue to spread your love. In Jesus’ Name—Amen.***
