"Don't Forget Me"- God

1 Samuel 8: 6-9

“But the thing was displeasing in the sight of Samuel when they said, ‘Give us a king to judge us,’ and Samuel prayed to the Lord. The Lord said to Samuel, ‘Listen to the voice of the people in regard to all that they say to you, for they have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me from being king over them. Like all the deeds which they have done since the day that I brought them up from Egypt even to this day—in that they have forsaken Me and served other gods—so they are doing to you also. Now then, listen to their voice; however, you shall solemnly warn them and tell them of the procedure of the king will reign over them.’”

What I’ve created

A long time ago

How I clothed you

Wrapped you

And called you My own

How I formed you 

Embraced you 

And said “It is good”

How I made you 

In My Image

The sacrifice 

And blood that was shed

Of Holy Spirit

Of the sacrificial plea

And definitely the tall

Have to bow to Me

Revelation for you to see

***Let’s Pray!!! Father, we repent and ask for forgiveness for forgetting you. For placing you on the backburner when you should be on the forefront. For being nonchalant in our relationship with you. For telling you no when the obvious answer is yes. Father, deliver us from our flesh that desires the world and not you. Have us come into such a state of spiritual superiority, that our natural starts to reflect this. We want to walk with you as you had originally intended. Lord, return the fear of you back into the schools, into the government, into the marketplace, into the churches, into the nations, and into this world. Lord, forgive us. Father, let the nations turn to a state of repentance on their knees and faces to the one true King, Jesus. We cannot and will not do any of this on our own, so we thank you Lord for your Presence and your glory that goes before us on this journey. You, and only you, are the mighty true God. We speak against any altar we have set up of the mind. Father, any strongholds that we or others have created. Let these be destroyed down to ashes now by the fire of God. Father, we speak to the earth, the winds, the moon, the stars, and the waters, and command them to be broken of every evil curse that has been sent against your children. Let those chains be broken now by the power of God. Release your blessings, boldness, and courage out amongst your children to go and do. In Jesus’ Name—Amen.***
