Isaiah 58:12

Isaiah 58:12(NASB)

“Those from among you will rebuild the ancient ruins; you will raise up the age-old foundations; and you will be called the repairer of the breach, the restorer of the streets in which to dwell.”

God is preparing the church to be the “repairer of the breach” and the “restorer of the streets”. He is preparing an economy through His creativity seen in businesses, inventions, and creations. God is transferring the wealth from the wicked’s hands to the righteous right before our eyes. The wealth of the wicked is literally being set up for the righteous (Prov13:22,NASB). Everything that just “seems” to be happening is all under the control and movements of the Lord.

Now, we have to ask ourselves and evaluate our own situations. Have we been preparing? What do we have to offer as a business or witty invention? What do we have on the table that’s worth investing in? What have we been doing this entire time while things have been going array? Can you be that house or safe space where the lost can go to? What will you have to say? Are we, as a church, ready for those who have been in the world their entire lives to come to us looking for Jesus? Again, do you know what to say…to disciple?

I touched on preparation in one of my blogs literally called “Preparation” a little while ago, and sometimes the preparation seems endless but you have to keep going. You have to keep moving. There is no end to what our Father can do.

There has to be a new wineskin for new wine to be poured into (Matt9:17,NASB). New wineskin requires work on our part…requires sacrifice…requires effort. There’s a resilience and boldness that is being built “behind-the-scenes” in those who are paying attention to the Father’s heart. The intensity is rising in America, and the awareness of the blind eyes being open is rising as well. Yes, there are a whole lot of corrupt things happening within the church, but that is only intensifying and increasing the hunger for God; it is only increasing the “push-back” and the holy frustration from the pure at heart.

There’s a lot coming out obviously, but what is your response? Will you be the reparer of the breach and the restorer of the streets in your intercession, from your physical homes, and/or even from your own finances? There is a response, but what will yours be?

***Let’s Pray!!! Thank you Lord for what you are doing in this time. We match our faith to reach up to what you have already completed in heaven. We pull down those things that have already been completed and say, “It is well.” It is well with you, it is well with your Presence, it is well with your glory. Father, let us always live in your glory. Let us be content with having you. Let us not overcomplicate the simplicity of entertaining your eternal Presence. Let us be aware of your Presence. Father, we repent for not acknowledging you on a daily basis. So Father, we acknowledge you, we appreciate you, we thank you for what you are doing and building from within us, and we accept the challenge. We love you and honor you. In Jesus’ Name—Amen.***
