Inner-Works
Acts 9:18 (NASB)- "And immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he regained his sight, and he got up and was baptized; and he took food and was strengthened."
Lately, God has taken a deep-dive into the heart of man. I believe it started in 2020 with COVID, but honestly probably before that. However, recently, this consecration has gotten more obvious and more urgent. I literally see it as shaving away, as with a scalpel, the inward parts of our souls that are not like Jesus in any way. There's an inner surgery being performed before any and everyone... on any and everyone; no one's exempt.
God is so gracious to allow, and honestly force, this inner supernatural change. This is happening front-and-center stage for everyone to see. This change is occurring in the saved and unsaved. This change is happening and applying pressure to those who have spoken or said things that they literally need to live up to, because there are those hopeless who are watching and in need of Jesus.
Are you ready? Are you ready to disciple, teach, testify, and/or witness? We do not have to know the Holy Bible front to back to bring someone to Christ. This does not mean that we do not read our Bible, but what has your Father done for you or brought you out of that can witness to the spirit of man who's in depression or going through a hard time? Honestly, this and implementing what you have learned through reading your Word, will reach the lost.
I remember posting in a group chat a few years' ago what I saw the Lord doing, and I truly believe is coming sooner than we think: more and more of those you wouldn't typically see in the churches are going to flood the churches. It will be those who are trying to be delivered from the LGBTQ club, those who were atheists, those who are atheists, and honestly those who are just curious about this guy named Jesus that everyone keeps talking about who saves, delivers, heals, and all-the-above.
Acts 10:15, 34-35 (NASB)- "Again a voice came to him a second time, 'What God has cleansed, no longer consider unholy.' Opening his mouth, Peter said: 'I most certainly understand now that God is not one to show partiality, but in every nation the man who fears Him and does what is right is welcome to Him.' "
We, as the church, have to receive all with the heart of the Father. There is no "this is us and that is them" in the Kingdom of God. Please hear me out though: this does not mean we cannot correct in love and righteous judgement; if you're wrong, you're wrong. All righteous judgment wouldn't be righteous in the first place if it wasn't backed up by scripture...within context and not perverted and/or misused.
With all this being said, please allow God to change you from the inside-out. Allow God to perform an inner-healing of all spiritual wounds, bitterness, and so-on that you just can't seem to let go. We've got work to do for the Lord, and you only hinder yourself and others by worrying and focusing on the small, petty things that literally have nothing to do with the heart of our Father and his movements. What is God doing now? What is he saying now? This is our focus.
***Let's Pray!!! Dear Lord, thank you for taking your time with us over our lifespan and these past few years. You have watched us waste time, procrastinate, say we are going to do things, and then end up not doing them. Father forgive us and we repent for being slothful or lazy or inconsistent. Forgive us for not interceding for our brothers and sisters. Deliver us from the spirit of unforgiveness. Father, we want to be made whole, new, refined, holy, pleasing, and acceptable in your sight. We are tired of carrying around baggage that does not belong to us. We send whatever spiritual baggage that is weighing us down back to the pits of hell where it came from. We destroy every wicked thing and/or curse that was sent towards us to kill us from the inside-out. We pray for the mending of broken relationships in families. We've got work to do! Lord, remove the distractions from our midst. Reveal to us what these distractions are so we can release them and move on. Any grounds that we agree with our adversary, we repent now, and let those legal ties be set ablaze now by the fire of God. Let us turn now from our wicked ways; those ways we have gotten used to and now call "normal". We love you too much to disrespect you straight to your face, and since you are Spirit and omnipresent, everything is done in your face. We cherish this relationship and would be foolish to let it slip. In Jesus' Name---Amen.***
