  Numbers 23:19 (NASB) "God is not a man, that He should lie, nor a son of man, that He should repent; has He said, and will He not do it? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?"      I've had this topic for a while now, but I've finally been released to write on it. Holy Spirit revealed to me through various situations last year how He comes through 100% on His Word...and then some. Literally, things would start to happen before I could even open my mouth to refute it. The Lord truly convicted me as to say, "Close your mouth on My promises...on My Word I've already given you."       Ah! Don't cancel out or delay the fulfillment because of your doubt; trust me, Holy Spirit will beat you to the punch to prevent you from doing so if you are sensitive to His leading.
