The Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand

 2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV) 

"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." 

    "If MY people", God's creation, God's children, God's image here on earth, etc...belonging to no other due to the clear fact that the Lord is our only Creator (Genesis 1-2, NASB). Satan doesn't create; he only steals, kills, and destroys (John 10:10, NASB), so why serve/worship the creature instead of the Creator (Romans 1:25, NASB)? This really stood out to me that God takes ownership  (and has every right to), seeing as He is the Alpha and Omega, beginning and the end (Revelation 22:13, NASB). If we really knew, respected, feared, and acted on who has true ownership of us and everything around us, how different would this world look (Revelation 21-22, NASB)? 

    Anyway, I have been seeing this scripture for the past two-to-three weeks, and with everything going on in the world today it makes perfect sense. Of course, as you may know, when God continues to show you something over and over again, there is something He is trying to tell you. Like, for instance, when me and my husband kept seeing Florida everywhere we went while living in Texas. We thought, "Okay, cool. God wants us to pray for Florida." Further on down the line and skipping a whole bunch of steps, here we are living in Jacksonville, Florida. 

    Along the lines of repetition, I believe the Lord is sending a warning to those who have an ear to hear. I know it always seems like I'm warning you, praying you get closer to Jesus, etc.,  but then there'd be no other reason to be doing these blogs unless for encouragement and self expression. However, true love for an individual doesn't always come across pleasant, but warns you of what's ahead praying you change and live for God (Matthew 3:1-12, NASB). 

    The Lord is literally laying it out what we should do in this scripture: humble yourself, pray, seek His face, and turn from your wicked ways. Doing this consistently, with a life fully given to Jesus, results in the Lord hearing from heaven, forgiving us of our sins, and healing our land. There's prerequisites to this thing! Don't you want the Lord to hear your cries, prayers, petitions, to forgive your sins, and heal your land? The nation of America is not as pretty as the makeup makes it appear. Eyes need to be opened, veils need to be removed, and the church needs to take back the authority it ALREADY has. Bold enough to say "no" and to challenge the whacked-out status quo that is far from living a life for Christ. There's two sides; the question is which one will you choose?

***Let's Pray!!! 💝 Father, thank you for being a gracious father, giving us time to even give us warnings of your moves. You pursue us like no other father would, and for that we say thank you. You teach us how to love one another from how you love us. When we are attentive to your heart and your needs, Lord we do not fail. Thank you Lord for instruction, knowledge, and your wisdom to just get us through the day-to-day of life. Fix us God from the inside-out. Remove any wicked way that is not like you. Cleanse our spirits that have been tainted, and build in us a new creation. Build our spirit-man Father to a place of might, boldness, and security in you without any doubt or worry. Let fear be no longer a thing when it comes to our love for you, because you said in your Word that perfect love casteth out fear. Deliver us! We are going to move, step high, and wherever our feet land, Father we thank you that you have blessed us to own it shall we please. We don't lie down, but we take what's ours as your children who have dominion of this earth. We love you and honor you. In Jesus' Name---Amen. ***
