Remnant of David, Arise!

     

    1 Samuel 17: 45-47 (NASB)- "Then David said to the Philistine, 'You come to me with a sword, a spear, and a javelin, but I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have taunted. This day the Lord will deliver you up into my hands, and I will strike you down and remove your head from you. And I will give the dead bodies of the army of the Philistines this day to the birds of the sky and the wild beasts of the earth, that all the earth may know that there is a God in Israel, and that all this assembly may know that the Lord does not deliver by sword or by spear; for the battle is the Lord's and He will give you into our hands.' "

    There is a war-cry arising and manifesting from the saints of the Lord, specifically the remnant of David; those who are willing to stand on the front lines of what looks like defeat. There has already been a spiritual battle, but now the manifestation of the physical has come in to play. There is a rise in my spirit to not just lay down and take what the enemy is giving us, but to speak out and pray against it. I believe the trigger for me (and frankly the last straw) was when me and my husband learned of a new after-school Satanist program at an elementary school in California.     I don't know if I had said this before on the blog, but Satan is after your kids. He is after the destruction of the family-unit, because he knows how powerful the family unit would be in union under Christ. We know the enemy is already defeated, represented by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, but that doesn't mean we sit on our hands and do nothing. God has called us to disciple and lead His people to Jesus, salvation, and healing from all kinds of sicknesses and diseases (Matthew 28:18-20, NASB). The enemy only comes to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10, KJV). However, I love the other half of that verse when Jesus says, "I come that they may have life, and that they might have it more abundantly". "Might" being the key word, because it is a choice to follow Jesus and His ways or not. 

    If there is a stirring in your spirit to do something, as a reaction to the overwhelming chaos that surrounds you, you might be called to fight, intercede, and pray against the plans of the enemy. God gives us a full layout of how to fight in Ephesians 6: 14-16, NASB using the truth of His Word, righteousness, His Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God (which is described as the sword of the Spirit). How we fight in the physical, is we fight in the spiritual. Don't you know, or realize, that what happens in the physical is because of what is happening in the spiritual? Life is spiritual! Things aren't by just happen-chance or a coincidence. You are not fighting against man; you are fighting against demonic spirits. Ephesians 6:12 (NASB)- "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." Things can be literally passed down through your blood-line that has been going on for generations, and yet, no one has thought to break this familial curse and pray for deliverance. Things in the physical can be stopped if taken action in the spirit! 

    I was listening to a teaching from Apostle Chazdon Strickland, and he was saying of 1 Samuel 17: 45-47, that David's Spirit-man was bigger than Goliath's spirit because of God who was in him. This is what gave him the confidence, the boldness, and even the strength to kill Goliath, pick up that heavy sword, and decapitate Goliath...the Spirit of the Lord! We have won already, but our winning is expressed through our action. Fast, pray, and ask God what is your role in His kingdom, what is His call on your life, and start doing the research, and start acting on (in obedience) of what He has called you to do. We don't want to move before the Lord, but one thing we can do now is fast and pray. Fasting and praying has been so watered-down and undermined, that people really don't believe (or understand) the massive impact and effects it has on your life and those of others: doors are opened, answers to questions are given, miracles occur, etc. 

    Arise, remnant of David! Arise! Don't allow your children or your family to be snatched from underneath you. Please pay attention to the agenda of the enemy, and don't just brush off things that shouldn't sit well within your spirit. Even those things which are questionable; there's a check in your spirit for a reason...ask God about it and do what He says to do instead of acting carelessly. The enemy is looking for any crack or hole in your life or God's plan for you, to sneak in and destroy when you're not spiritually prepared. When you are prepared, geared-up, and ready to go, you can recognize his plans straight-on and pray against them. God has this, so never doubt Him and the power that works within.

    Romans 8:31 (NASB)- "What shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us?"

    Romans 8:28 (NASB)- "And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose."

    Philippians 1:6 (NASB)- "For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus."

**Prayer time! 💖- Dear Jesus! Thank you Lord for your son's sacrifice on the cross for our sins, sicknesses, and diseases! Thank you that, although what we may see is horrible, you still work it out for our good. Father I pray for all who are tricked and fooled by the enemies' plans. I pray you convict their hearts, turn them away from all forms of evil. Lord, I thank you that they are even repenting and turning to you for forgiveness, because this is all you want. Father, cover and protect the minds, hearts, and souls of the youth. Jesus says in Your Word, that whoever would cause these young ones to stumble, it'd be better if a millstone were tied around his neck and tossed to the depths of the sea. Father, this is not what we want, but we want to be set free, in the Name of Jesus. Those who are causing Your young ones to stumble, let it be stopped now, in the Name of Jesus. Father, let their plans fail and Satanic temples, programs, classes, and the such be shut down and destroyed by the fire of Jesus Christ. We speak against any witchcraft, curses, demonic altars, and anything else that has been set up in our blood-lines, families, or our lives in general and call them "finished", in the Name that is above all other names...Jesus. Lord, you are so good, and we know that in all of what is happening, you are still winning and you still have a plan. We love you, honor you, and respect you. In Jesus' Name-Amen.**
